As of today:
- 6 months without alcohol
- 5 months without cigarettes
- 1 month since I reintroduced myself to the gym
- 20 pounds lost since I started keeping track in January (about 30 from this time last year)
- At least $3,500 in booze and cigarette money saved
There is so much more I could say, but today I think I will let the numbers speak for themselves.
